Why does my iTouch 3G headphone jack break? How?

It's happended three times and apple has given me a free replacement its in warrenty but i thnik if a go a fourth time they'll shoot me so how do i fix it and why does it break? Thanks!
P.S My sister got an identical played on the same day but shes still on her first player with no broken jack. Whats happening to mine?
