when I'm going 70mph? I have a 1997 Jeep Cherokee Laredo 4.0 litre 6 cylinder and it's started doing something strange. It's hard to explain... When I'm driving on the highway it all of the sudden seems as if I accidentally shifted it into neutral and then a second later it's running as usual. I've never had any problems with my Jeep. It doesn't make any noises or experience any other problems. It shifts fine and starts perfectly. It had a tune up about 6 months ago (plugs, wires, cap, rotor..etc). It really doesn't show any symptoms of any other problems. The fluid levels are fine. It's only done this a couple of times and it concerns me. I'm thinking it could be something wrong with the transmission but it only does this at higher speeds. Is there anything I can do to diagnose this myself or do I need to take it in somewhere?
