Lately, when I've tried to insert a cd to rip the music from it, the cd is spit back out. If it stays in, it's not even recognized as a cd- the "insert cd" is still showing. And, when I tried to import pictures from my cds, they'll only load a couple of pictures then the cd starts making weird noises and the laptop freezes. When it unfreezes, if I try to eject the cd, it all freezes again. What should I do?
