Why Does my Lincoln Shake after Startup?

Clean your maf with qd electronics cleaner. Clean your throttle body with carb cleaner. Change your intake air filter. That should do it.

I forgot step 4: Find a mechanic. I mean a mechanic that isn't a complete retard.
 
I have a 1994 Lincoln Continental 3.8 liter engine. Sometimes after the car is started it shakes for about 10-15 seconds and motor sounds as if its gonna shut down,but then it smooths out. It doesnt happen all the time. My mechanic didnt know what it was. What could it be or what should i check?
