Why does my rumor touch keep saying Resize incomplete when i try to send pics?

Whenever i take a picture and i try to send it my phone wont let me it says resizing with a loading sign but then it says resizing incomplete. I tried to send an old pic that i had and it did the same thing i had sent that pic befor and it let me but now it wont. Does anyone now whats wrong or is it just my phone Can i fix the problem or not
