I have to call SO many people back because as I'm going to pull my phone out of my purse, it all of a sudden sends a busy signal to the caller before I have a change to answer it. It makes me so angry! I have looked in the owner's manual but it doesn't say if it is an optional function or how to turn it off...it just says that one can choose to either reject the call or to send a busy signal (by pushing various buttons) when receiving a call... So the way I understand it is that I have to push a button to make it happen, but it is happening on its own. Does anyone know about this at all?

w595 busy tone problem
I have a w595 and the same thing happens. Before I can remove the phone form my casing, it just suddenly stop rings and it shows me busy tone. I am in dire need of help with this fucking problem. I sent two emails to sony but no reply yet. Their customer support is crappy right now. Anyways, I know your frustration and I hope we can find a way to overcome it.
