Why does Oprah has to have a TV special every time she does somthing nice?

That show she had for the school in africa just made me sick, Just do it and dont pat your self on the back for everything. If she is doing it to be nice then why does she have to let everyone have know that she did it? I know i am going to about it from all the Queen Oprah loavers out there.
