you can send sounds with a text message, those might be the ones your looking at, but they aren't ring tones

...played for text messages, phone calls? Only have 4 options in a large list that will play for the phone, sms text, mms text etc etc. Whenever I select one of them, I get "invalid ring tone selected" Basically trying to figure out why I have such a large list of sounds I cant use.
