Dell Streaks capabilities? We have yet to get this phone activated and Dell keeps saying YES YES WE CAN ACTIVATE THRU SPRINT, when apparently that is not the case. MY son is discouraged and I feel like an idiot for trusting the sales rep and online info I could get on it. It going to cost us no matter what direction we take. Restock Fees to return it, Breaking the sprint contract to go with At&T or just activating thru AT&T. SO FRUSTRATING when we went to AT&T they would not help us because they HAVE NEVER SEEN THE PHONE BEFORE....WHAT GIVES????
