if it was okay before and not okay after then it would be logical to assume that the cold air intake installation affected the idle. The things to check is the seals/clamps on the bellows that you connected the components of the cold air intake to and the connection to the mainifold. It seems to me that you have an air leak that is leaning out the mixture when cold but as the engine warms to temperature the metals expand and seal the leak. my guess is the bellows clamp or the connections are the cause.
you should also check any connections of vacuum hoses to the manifold as you may have disturbed them. and be sure the intake air temp sensor is connected and in place.
