Why does the majority of Christians like jews?

First, being an atheist but also a former christian I think that I can speak for them by answering that any sane person does not blame a whole race/culture/religion for the actions of a few. That would be like blaming all muslims for the attack on 9-11. I think that christians neither like nor dislike Jews as a race/culture/religion, they only like or dislike a particular person who happens to be a Jew on the basis of what type of person they are (nice person or asshole).

It is stupid to hate a person or people because of their race/culture or religion.

Look at the style of the execution, it was crucifixion, which was how the Romans executed high-class criminals; the Jews, on the other hand, would have thrown stones the size of a man's fist at Him until He was dead.

Where does this 'majority' thing come from?
The Jews who crucified Jesus were, in their mind, doing the right thing. Anyone who is able to feel compassion and understanding another's point of view can see this regardless of religious orientation. We are told in the Bible that Jews are God's chosen people and that is never going to change, so many like them just for that. Other Christians see that they also believe in the one true God and even though they don't believe in Jesus, and according to the Bible are going to suffer for it, they like them for that. I neither like nor dislike Jews, just as I neither like nor dislike any religion or Atheists.
