Why does this girl keep complaining to me that I don't eat lunch?

I do eat, I just eat healthy.
I'm avoiding junk food and stuff like that.
I'm also a vegetarian.
Please no rude comments.
And a group of people always say, "Why don't you eat? You're gonna die!"
Most of the time I don't eat at lunch 'cause I'm not hungry.
I'm about to scream in their faces!!!!
I'm finally losing some weight from exercising, and they don't even encourage me!
They say I'm skinny, but I'm honestly not.
I dunno what to say or do now.

just say worry about yourself and mind your own business

i am eating healthy at lunch too like i eat special k for lunch and like thats it and there like why do u always bring cereal and i just started bringing it 2 days ago.. its annoying and 1 girl whispered to another girl about my lunch or what ever and its so annoying jeez
 
This happens a lot Shannon. Other people see the changes your making in your life, and subconsciously they want to make those same changes, but for one reason or another they don't so they become jealous, and say things to try and get you to engage in their bad habits. Its time for you to leave those losers behind, and find some new friends.
 
its becuase they care about and dont want to be anorexic cause that would be on their concious....which makes them feel bad that they couldn't be there to save u
dont skip lunch, even if ur not hungry, eat some fruit, u need energy
my mom always says
breakfast- pig out for all i care....you'll burn it soon...you got the rest of the day...and its the most important...
lunch-important-eat so u r full( not bloating)
dinner- eat a bit...so you dont go to sleep with an empty stomach
i know you mite not think so...but u are probably skinny (no pics) and u just dont c it ur self
 
their just worried that you have an eating disorder.

be careful- because you might. you sound like that type of person. like you are skinny, just dont believe it.

relax though- ur friends are just looking out 4 you.
