Why doesn't my DivX HQ thingy appear on under the videos?

I've reinstalled DivX Plus, but still, this DivX HQ thing, WebPlayer BETA or idk what, still doesn't work. It says to look for the button under any video, for example on YouTube. And of course, I went to YouTube and there's no such button under the video. Why can't I use it? Does it need some kind of activation, because I looked at the Mozilla Extensions and it's installed. Plus, I tried with their favorite Google Chrome and still nothing. Help...
 
It means that no CODEC is in use. I can't imagine why you'd ever see it on You Tube. The video has been rendered and the CODECs aren't needed.
