Why doesn't my DIVX web player work?

It keeps giving me this message that tells me to check my internet settings. My internet is working just fine. It's just that... ever since I upgraded it to the latest version it hasn't been working.

Uninstall and reinstall it, see if that helps. It could be a corrupted file.
