I know it's not T-Mobile because when I put my sim card into my old Razr I have five bars everywhere, but with my Razr z3 I only have bars in my room and one or two in the rest of my house and then nothing once I get too far from my house. What's wrong? I have to make this work for a year because my T-mobile contract doesn't expire until 2010, then I'm switching - thank god.
Also, my friend has a Rizr and T-mobile as well, we have almost identical plans, and she has service everywhere. Could it be because I didn't buy the phone directly from T-mobile because I didn't want to extend my contract?
