used to be males would kiss females on the hands when greeting them, but now they don't do it any more. Do you think we should start doing it again. Its better manners.
I don't know about the rest of the world, but in America I'm guessing a LARGE percentage of women would cry foul and make a sexual harassment/assault claim.
I think that the threat of germs would put a stop to the hand kissing. Hell, a lot of people don't even want to shake hands during cold season. But if you want, give it a try with your female acquaintances, and see if you can revive the custom.
With a lot of the non English cultures you get a kiss on the cheek and I have no complaints about that. Kissing as hand makes a guy look too ostentatious and a show off trying to be the big caballero he may or may not be. Habits in society do evolve.

yes it's better than kissing in lips like what they're doing in some countries!! however, i dont think it's appropriate to bring it back again now. time changes, and so are people.
