Why don't those who are rich and want higher taxes donate their fortunes to the national debt...or funding some national boycot businesses that move jobs overseas foundation

and maybe we can start charging fees for all those rich conservatives who get caught going 132 mph in reverse while snorting cocaine off a gay hooker's bum who then get 4 hours of community service as a penalty or serve 4 days of jail time
