Why don't they have Taco Bell in Singapore?

This still baffles me. They have KFC and Pizza Hut and all of these places are owned by the same company! Are there any good mexican places in Sinapore? I've seen one that i've been wanting to try called "Bodagay Y Tapas" (or something like that). has anyone eaten there and thought it to be good?
JTLYK: I don't think Taco Bell is Mexican food.
