I walk out of the room to teacher her that squealing makes ppl go away. the 2 weeks i would visit her in the store she was all about trying to talk and as well the first 3 days she was home. I take her out of the cage and try to play with her, I walk away if she gets load and praise her when she tries to talk. the last week or so she just seems to constaintly whine when I hold her like she is crying almost.when I put her down and leave she stops right away. Is what I am doing not the right thing or should I keep teaching her this way?

Is it a mix between a squeal and a hiss? Even after young birds fledge and learn to feed themselves, they will still try to get a feed from their parents. It could be that your bird is trying this on with you.
While she was in the store, the store was her home and you were a visitor to play with. She had someone else looking after her.
After she came home with you she probably got scared by the sudden change in her environment and was very insecure, so she went back to behaving like a baby. If she is doing the squealing/hissing noises when you are playing with her, show her to her seed, fruit or vegies and leave her alone for a few minutes. She just needs to learn that she has to eat for herself and that you won't 'feed' her. She will grow out of it in a few months.
