Who are these people who keep changing things, and why? Who the hell are they frightened of upsetting now?
At one time all Chrismas cards said Merry Christmas, now a lot more are saying Happy Christmas. Just take note, you will see it.

I haven't noticed that yet but will be on the look out. No doubt 'merry' will be offensive to a small minority and the majority will have to put up with it.

A drunk Christmas to everyone! And eat/spend too much as well ! Don't let religion ruin Christmas.

political correctness strikes again Merry implies being inebriated ! (drunk) so was replaced with happy so as not to both suggest getting drunk or upsetting a certain preferred religious group!.

Is it really that important? the greeting wishes means the same thing just except it and do your own thing and wish every one a Merry Christmas

Secularists, Atheists, Agnostics, want to use the Term Happy Christmas because they know it a Religious Holiday the Problem is the They don't like it "Happy Holidays" We use that Term instead in America not "Happy Christmas" Watch FOX NEWS and the O'Reilly Factor go after the People who Use Happy Christmas and Happy Holidays they view it as an attack on Christians and america We need to Reject this One Sided Authoritarian Theocracy and Replace with a Diverse Democracy and Republic.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS or HAPPY CHRISTMAS SOCKS IT TO THEM

It's actually Merrie Christmas - a wish of peace and happiness. These days merry means drunk, so it had to go.
