Why has UFC been getting more ratings than WWE?

Ufc ratings first started to escalate when former WWE champion joined ufc.
ufc hires former WWE wrestlers and it will obviously attract wrestling fans as well as its own fans. It's a smart move and it worked.
Then ufc has Undertaker in its crowd, they interview him by calling him Undertaker, to attract further interest, and then they show the obviously planned angle with Lesnar who just conveniently lost his ufc title to look upset, for some reason walks through the crowd conveniently past undertaker for taker to ask him if he wants to go.. Brock just walks past looking annoyed etc after losing the title.
Ufc using WWE to increase interest will always work because WWE has millions watching so if those millions tune into watch Brock etc, it will gain gigantic ratings which it has done.
If it wasn't for the sudden rise in ratings since the WWE affiliation I wouldn't be saying this but because of the timing of the increase to ufc's ratings, i am.
And please don't tell me Brock losing his title wasn't fixed. Would the angle with Taker have been as effective if Brock was still champion? Not if it meant he wouldn't just storm past him to gain the interest without making it too obvious that the whole thing was a set up.

UFC just added new weight classes and has proven that its fighters are better than the competition.....they jobbed out Aoki, Gomi, Kimbo Slice.

cause WWE is getting boring and people wants to see some better action...boxing is getting stale so they turn in to watch something new like MMA

WWE is getting worse each year, i remember back then during the 90s everybody watch pro-wrestling rather then boxing or kick boxing, now i dont watch wwe alot i watch MMA and UFC more.

That's a easy one ufc they actually hit each other wwe is grown men doin child's play
