I'll tell you why - because Harry Reid & co know that they dont have the numbers in the House or the Senate...


Thats just embarrasing, I mean even Bush's most unagreeable stuff got passed....

Because they're working on Mary Landrieu, Ben Nelson, and Claire McCaskill, who are from oil-producing states and are resistant to the reduction in oil subsidies.
