Why have the colours on my samsung e250 gone strange and muddled up after

the phone was in my pocket? I have the samsung e250. I had it in my pocket in the gym, for about 1hr and a half. when i took it out the screen had gone all strange and the colours were all mudled and mixed up. Is there a way to fix it?

ok uve either put too much pressure on the screen area, or uve had the fone in an area way outside of the operating tempretures, either way leave the fone over night in room temperature conditions with the battery removed and screen up. If the next mornin it still no improvement then u cud need a new screen. on the same score with it bieng an e250 if u do need a new screen then it wud be cheaper to get a new fone.
