why have the USA and UK not launched an attack on the 'terrorist' state of israel?

I doow cant understand this. If a jew had flew a jet into the twin towers would Israel have been attacked? >dont think so. why is there one rule for jews and another for muslims. how can we stop terrorism if we support it?
