All my life i used to eat whatever i wanted and i was always really skinny without any fat on me, i used to eat huuuge meals and chocolate before bed and never gained a pound and i loved it because i love food and especially junk food. At the age of 18 i move to the UK to study and i suddenly put on alot of weight and ever since then i have been controlling portions, eating healthy and somehow still managing to gain more weight! why is that??
