They Don't Offer Faster Service In My Neighborhood.i Thought That Was Okay. (for Now).wrong.it Takes Me 20 Minutes To Attach 1 Picture To Send In An E-mail.what's Wrong With That Picture?nothing.dial-up Dosen't Work Either. Any Suggustions?no I Don't Want Comcast Or Anything Else. I Think Att Should Step Up To The Plate.come On I Live Right Out Side Of Sac Ca. Get With The Program.please Reply. M
 
Dial up is slow for many reason, one of which is the modem's can only talk one at a time at a very slow rate. Unlike modern devices that are created for faster speeds and full duplex (both talking at once) operation. Comcast would fix the problem via cable modem
