I have a brand new laptop, so it's not my computer speed. The burning part only takes like ten minutes. The encoding take forever. On average, it takes and hour and a half to two hours, it's slow but reasonable. On one movie file (Black Swan) it took 14 hours to encode, and then it had an error. Why is it taking so long for this movie to encode? I don't get it.

Even though your Laptop Is New, the processor is still slow compared to $500 Desktop Processors. Wait patiently and your movie should be encoded. You Can Ignore the error.
