Why is evolution "Satan's gossip" but..?

Your clean water, hygienic food, heaters, air conditioners, buildings, cars, machines, computers, antibiotics, vaccines, air planes, sun screen, refrigerators, heart transplants etc., are all just great, God gave us the ability to do this, right?

So that exact same "group" who created those also have agreed upon evolution after going through years of scrutiny and new discoveries that go directly in line with the idea. Yet because this idea goes against creationists beliefs, all of a sudden this science is the work of satan?

Hypocrisy is not a very good moral, in my humble opinion.

Hygienic food, heaters, air conditioners, buildings, especially cars and machines, computers, antibiotics, especially vaccines, et cetera, have all evolved with us. As we grow mentally, they grow mechanically. A MacBook today wouldn't even figure out what an Atari 30 years ago was talking about. And Macs are smart. Computers have evolved. Antibiotics and vaccines have evolved.

Scientists have even created new LIFE in the lab, and I'm not just talking about another form of life that had already existed in some other body. I mean NEW LIFE FORMS that can no longer make viable crossbreeds with the species they came from! They're somebody else! They have a different number of chromosomes. THAT'S evolution! Made in the lab!

Humans did NOT come from monkeys. NO scientist falls for that.
 
But clearly if you read the bible you would know god created the earth and where does evolution come into that story...I mean who believes we came from monkeys and changed slower through the years.
 
Antibiotics, vaccines and heart transplants, as part of modern medicine, require evolution to explain.
 
Don't try to reason with creationists by using logic, they'll just sit there completely phased out...
 
Whatever humans say today means as much as a dried pile of dog crap on the side of the road.
 
Yes, to sit and type on a computer and mock science is the ultimate in hypocrisy.

Because it's the only "science" that has an agenda driven audience intent on brainwashing everyone with the ideology. Thus, it can't be real science, only junk science.
 
As a Christian, I believe that God gave us the ability to think and create because he made us in his image. I don't believe that science is evil. In fact, I believe it is a very good thing, as you can see from all the great things we have today as a result of science. I even believe that God allows living things to adapt, or in micro evolution, for their survival. However, because there is sin in the world, people have turned from God and gone to evolution. I don't believe that all atheists are terrible people. I have a good friend who is an atheist. I only believe that the idea of evolution (as in people coming from monkeys, etc.), not all science, is bad. Besides, not all scientists believe in evolution. And if you examine the Bible thoroughly, you can see that a lot of it makes sense. I would suggest that you watch the documentary by Ben Stein called "Expelled." It gives a lot of legitimate information on this subject.
 
It's even funnier when people post their anti-science gobbeldygook here on yahoo answers, without thinking about where their computer came from. I guess they think it fell out of the baby Jesus's diaper or something.

Your question assumes a basic level of critical thinking which creationists, by definition, do not have.
 
Because many christians are stubborn, gullible fools who cannot see further than the end of their nose. They don'tthink logically and need to hear it from the bible or their local liar, sorry "priest" before they will have anything to do with it.
 
Evolution is something a lot of Christians misunderstand, which leads to misunderstandings by non-Christians. We are part of evolution and any Christian who stands by and argues the 6 day creation theory is in denial. I believe a day as we understand it to be and a day as God understands it is COMPLETELY Different. We are an evolving race and the World is to evolving. Now to believe the Darwin theory of evolution is just about as off base as the Christians who believe in 6 days creation. Many who are Christians believe that their is something greater than humanity, that ultimately conceived this world as we know it. And it is this being (GOD), that gave us the ability to create all the things you mentioned in your question We need to understand that the Bible speaks in more ways than just literal, and those who only understand its words as literal are often, ( VERY OFTEN), mistaken.. So why is evolution "Satan's Gossip", its an old saying that has stuck around, like other wives tales.
