I heard that God gives you everything but if thta's true why does he have rich gay people like Sir Elton John & Ellen Degeneres. Why did he burn down a city for allowing gay marriage? Why did he turn to stone a person who looked back at that gay city/town & condem them to hell for it?

Why do gay people in the religion of Christianity go to hell?
Is it like that with Judaism? And similiar religions?
Is it ok to disagree on what God thinks of gay people as long as you still follow his rules/laws?
JUST FOR THE RECORD I'M NOT GAY

I'M STRAIGHT
PLZ STOP SAYING GOD IS NOT AGAISNT GAY PEOPLE BECAUSE IF HE CONDEMS THEM TO HELL FOR GAY SEX I THINK I CAN SAY HE IA AGAINST THEM OR MAYBE EVEN HATES THEM

ok seriously,i think your gay and your offended...just kidding,i had to say that since you made a big deal out of it. i think(my personal opinion) that god does not approve of gay because thats not what he intended. he intended man and woman.

Because they are of the World >
Jhn 15:19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.

Why did God destroy Sodom/Gomorah ?
2 Pet. 2:6-7,

"and if He [God] condemned the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah to destruction by reducing them to ashes, having made them an example to those who would live ungodly thereafter; 7 and if He rescued righteous Lot, oppressed by the sensual conduct of unprincipled men..."

Why did He turn Lots Wife to stone ?
Disobediance.

God must punish those who break His law because it is the right thing to do. Just as a parent should punish a child for doing something wrong (intentionally), so God must punish those who do wrong. You see, if God did not punish the person who does wrong, then He would be unjust and unrighteous. He would be breaking His own law -- which He cannot do. But, someone might say that the punishment of a parent on a child is temporary whereas God's punishment is eternal. Why the difference? The answer is two fold. First, God is infinite and a parent is not. Second, God is the standard of all righteousness and the parent is not.
Because God is infinite, when we sin, we are offending an infinite God. This is incredibly significant. The reason sin is so bad is not so much because of the one committing the sin, but because of the One who is offended. In other words, sin is so incredibly bad because it takes on a horrible quality by the very fact of who it is against: an infinitely pure, holy, and righteous God.
A parent is not the standard of righteousness. God is. A parent is (or should be) using the righteous standard of God in raising children. Therefore, though a parent's punishment is temporary because it is instruction and correction, the punishment of God is eternal because our sin is against an eternal God. There is a big difference.

He isnt against Gay people
People who worship a book and not God are against gay people.
They are Idoloters.and there book tells them not to worship graven images but if God was standing in front of them they would not see him throught there Book.
So they sit and condem others because they worship a book and Ignore the words of GOD in there book telling them not to Judge anyone or worship a BOOK<
its all pretty sad.
Christians dont hate people who are born differant only NAZIS do. IF some NAZIS want to pretend to be Christian they have a Constitutinal right to be IDIOTS>
