Why is hollywood recycling actors/actresses?

Anyone notice? The new movies that are coming out anymore are jsut reusing the same actors over and over again. From Seth Rogan to Jonah Hill and Goldberg, Batman was the guy in terminator 4....etc etc.. The movies are becoming boring to me anymore with the same people and different haircuts. What do you think?
I didnt say they were bad actors, its jsut the same faces in almost every movie... its becoming a joke.

there obviously good actors so they want to use them for different roles.
plus its their job, so they need money too lol

well of course i mean only a great actor can play so many roles i mean if your the type of actor that can only play one role i mean look at miley cyrus she only plays one type of role in everthing she does i mean thats a reason to get bored of something, she never changes it up i mean why would you even ask a stupid question like why do they keep on recycling actors like seriously!

No but seriously im actually glad they are because there are some really great actors and stuff like Leonardo Dicaprio, Joseph Gordon Levitt, Johnny Depp....so im kinda glad that they are...honestly. Not to mention they can't start with fresh, not really experienced actors in every movie, that would make the movies kind of cheesy. That is why they use well-known, great actors!
