TO BARK HE WILL WHINE INSTEAD.? Hi,

My name is Simon i have a question regarding my 3yrs old chihuahua namely Chronos, He looks really healthy and he doesnt have any problem with his body (thats what my vet says) the problem is he stopped from barking and instead when he wants to bark, He will cry or whine instead like he was hurt or something like that. I really don't know what to do, It has been 2 weeks already since he started like that. I kept on asking my vet but honestly i dont trust they're answer. I just want to know what the problem is and what should i do for my next step.

Take him to another vet for a 2nd opinion and go from there. I have 2 chihuahua's that are 2 years old and I have no idea what would cause that. I think it needs to be checked out though. What do you disagree about what your vet said?

would have to examine dog
would have to know what has happened recently
would have to know it's blood lines
i would have to take to vet and talk to them
