Why is it when i blow in my dogs stomach she freaks out?

You know how when you blow in a baby's stomach and tickles them?
well whenever i blow in my dogs stomach. she moves her legs and arms and trys to run away.
i don't know if shes ticklish or something
its kinda funny.
but i wanna know if shes just ticklish or its hurting her or something.
