Why is my 2001 Chevrolet Malibu getting terrible gas mileage?

Temperature gage should read normal after first few minutes of driving,and does not come down when car is moving fast.
If not so,thermostat is bad,when computer sees engine is below operating temperature,it keeps putting more fuel in engine.
 
The car has just under 70000 miles and all of a sudden I have been getting only 150 miles per tank which is about half of what I was normally getting. I have done all the basic maintenance on it. Plugs, Wires, Air filter, fuel filter have all been replaced. There is no codes on the computer readout either. Any help here would be great.
 
Yep o2's can do it as well as dirty fuel injectors try running some sea foam in the gas to clean up the fuel system.
