ok so my ball python is pretty much always in his water dish. im kind of worried because he hasn't ate in about a month and a half. and his scales are starting to look like this.

i mist him every day twice a day. so i don't know how the humidity could be too low. and i heard it could be mites. if its mites how do i get rid of them? or if its not mites would could it be?
