Why is my blackberry automatically switching off?

My battery is full and its always turning off and then I have to remove the battery and put it back in to turn it off. Please help me

u need to re-install the OS, if its under warranty go to blackberry service center. if they r able to fix it then its good if not then they will a certificate which u will have to submit to the shop from where u had purchased it & they will provide u with a new handset without any cost. PLEASE TAKE BACK UP OF UR DATA.
