Why is my car idling and accelataing rough al of a sudden? ?

I left Home Depot and all of a sudden going from 0-15 was rough, and the engine now idles really rough under 1000rpm. Anything over and it seems fine. I pulled a spark plug wire from the car while running and it cut the power but in a different manner than what im hearing.
