Okay I have a 1998 dodge neon that is in really good shape. But recently my car has been stalling out when I start it or when I am driving on the highway. When on the highway it will stall out to where there is no power at all going to the engine and it trys to die but then it will suddenly kick really hard and go again but then seconds later will stall out again. Is it:
