why is my dogs poop black with tar like stain underneath?

i have been feeding my german shepherd boiled meat for the past 2 days and he is about 8 months old and for the past 2 days he's poop is black and it causes black tar like stain underneath. what is the cause to this. A fast reply would be better for me so that i can action soon.
 
It is possible that your dog has a bowel problem. German Shepherds have delicate digestions (vets call it 'German Shepherd tummy') and need careful feeding. Please feed your pup cold cooked chicken and (cold) boiled white rice for a few days to see if his bowel movements go back to normal. If they don't please take him to the vet as soon as possible ('tar' in a dropping can point to bleeding in the gut).
