why is my internet so slow?

i just got a new laptop
the web is so fucking slow!!!!!!!!!!!
how can i fix it

Maybe you have dial up on your laptop. get highspeed it is so fast.

if you are using internet explorer then I strongly suggest you use Mozilla Firefox. It is way better

I'm guessing you have wireless? if so then maybe it's ur internet provider, if not make sure that ur internet box isn't around anything metal by at least 3 feet and it shouldn't be on the floor. Try disconnecting the internet box for at least fifteen seconds then put it back in. Give it some time and hopefully it goes up to speed. If my answer and everyone else's fails then you have no choice but to call ur internet provider, they should help u step by step to solve ur issue. Good luck!

you should try mozilla firefox version 3.0 or google chrome

If you are in slow speed connection plan,try to upgrade to latest plan.To upgrade,you can contact your internet service provider.
You can follow these manual steps to increase the speed of the internet.
1)Install latest browsers like Opera,Google Chrome,or Mozilla Firefox latest versions.


2)Use Mozilla Firefox browser.


3)Avoid using flash and watching online videos while downloading.It may affect the speed and your internet downloading speed may get very slow.


4)You can use Anti-Virus ,internet security protection to protect the pc from malwares and viruses.

5)Clear cache and delete cookies after using the browser.

6)Reset the modem and router daily once or whenever your internet speed will get slow.
