I bought the LG KS360 for christmas and i charged it on Christmas eve. When i turned it on on christmas day, there was only 1 bar of battery left. I attempted to charge it and all i heard was a repetative beeping noise. On screen i could see the bars flashing, but i never saw a " charging" notification or anything like that. Not only has the phone not been charging properly, the screen was also freezing. I bought this phone in argos and it comes with 1 years manufacturers guarantee, i am hoping to take it into the store tomorrow and get a refund. Ideally i would love a refund, but i may get a replacement. i'm not sure. Has this happened to anybody else or was it just because my phone may be faulty that the phone wasn't charging?
