I'm currently downloading a file with 37(348) Seeds and 0(605) Peers. The highest download speed I'm getting is 290+ KB/s but after reaching that it goes down immediately to like 20.X~40.X KB/s then goes back to 200+ KB/s after 20+ seconds then repeats and repeats from going up and down. I'm using uTorrent to download if that means anything.
