finding a way to control it? I know he promised to employ the "best minds" but his best minds can't seem to get past measure how many gallons of Oil the Under Sea Gusher will release.

The Taft California Sunrise Oil Field, Lakeview Gusher sprayed oil 300 feet in the air for 18 months. That is the World Record Gusher.
