Sky is our provider and were on a BT Line. We upgraded our connection speed to see if that made a difference and it did but only a little it bit, it's still awfully slow.
Whenever we get a phone call the internet cuts off completely and you have to wait until the call is ended to use it again.
We have quite bad signal in our area could this be why? Is there anything we can do?
