On January 13 (Thursday) I got an oil change on my 2005 kia spectra. The following day when I started it up I got a great deal of smoke from the exhaust. Whitish I would say, not steam because it stayed in the air for a long time, and covered a large swath of the parking lot. (I even had a person walk up to tell me my car was smoking -.-) I though perhaps something was just burning off after the oil change.
On Saturday I started up the car late afternoon and got the same thing. On Sunday nothing happened when I turned it on late in the morning. It then smoked on Monday as well. I don't remember if it did it after that Monday. However today Jan 24 it happened again (thought it was already over :S)
On the Sunday after the oil change I had taken it back to the oil changers place to see if they could tell me something. They told me there was nothing wrong with the oil change. They also filled up the coolant during the oil change but forgot to charge me for it xD
I have been googleing this question and have found some answers but no real solutions. I do notice that it was bloody cold this morning and I think the other days it happened too.

Should I be taking my car into a shop? I dont really have a ton of money to spend if the fix is expensive. But I dont really want to continue getting smoked every cold morning I turn the car on.

If someone could give me the reason and solution to my preticular smoky problem that would be great.
