Why is the alarm time of my lg shine plus android phone 1 hour late?

So since the time change (the time is one hour early) my alarm has been an hour late. but the time I see on my home screen like the major one has the correct time, while the alarm's clock is one hour late. Is it because I don't have internet on the phone?
