I have a Compaq Presario V6000 laptop and the mute button that runs along the top of the keyboard is not turning orange when I touch it.
It still mutes the speakers and the volume control buttons next to it also work.
Why is this happening and how do I make it go orange again?
Could the fact that I just had to have my laptop wiped clean because of a virus affect this?
