Why is there water dripping from a/c vent in bathroom?

I live on the 1st floor of a 3 story condo, and I have water dripping from the a/c vent in the bathroom. I think the problem might be coming from the upstairs apartment, but I am not sure. I let them know and they told me their landlord is going to come and take a look at it.
