Why is this voice talking on my computer? Even when I disconnect my internet!?

It just repeats the same thing starting with a Bill Clinton-like voice starting with "I didn't have relations with that woman, I did however go to (something)club.com" and then it lists what is supposedly "available." I disconnected my internet and closed my browser and everything but nothing is working. Please help!
 
I had that happen to me and it is one of 3 things:
1) An mp3 that is stuck on loop somewhere (which was really a virus that kept opening that mp3...... thats what happened to me anyways)

2) A Virus

3) Your computer is possessed.... run away
 
This is a list of online scanners Safety.Live.com (This is microsoft's) Symantec.com Housecall.TrendMicro.com Comodo.com they are free and will remove them for you...Comodo.com offers manual disinfection and a free security suite...for porn surfing i recommend Avira.com free personal when the trojan hits just put it in quarantine besure to delete them when you are done i also recommend the HeetSeek.com browser
