I've been trying to get my PC to recognize my External DVD Drive, but it's not picking it up, I've tried put it into different USB port but it's not picking it up, it seems to power up and I can open it but the PC doesn't show it's there.
I had a similar problem with my external HDD what had happen is i did not have the right cord i had to use the one they gave me try using a different cord with a bigger data allowance usally they are 2.0
