i got this problem a while ago my mp3 isn't charging or turning on at all, when i plug the mp3 into my laptop it does make a noise but my laptop doesn't seem to detect it even though the mp3 itself is coming up with the charging screen it does not charge as it wont turn on once i have unplugged it from my computer.
